Health Maintenance Organization Massive Recruitiment

A Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) with its head quarters in Abuja and branches in all the geopolitical zones of Nigeria requires the services of qualified, experienced and self motivated individuals for the following positions:

1.) Head of Quality Assurance Department: Ref: 01

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Medicine. MBA /Post Graduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Health financing or related fields and must be a member of a professional health management or related body.
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position is required.


2.) Quality Assurance Officers: 02

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Medicine with a minimum of 3years cognate experience and must be a member of a professional health management or related body.


3.) Care Coordinators: Ref: 03

Qualification:

Candidates must possess B.Sc Nursing. Staff Nurse/Midwife or any other related discipline with 2 years’ post qualification experience.


4.) Head of Information Technology (IT) Department: Ref: 04

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or any related field. Post Graduate qualification in IT or related fields. Professional membership of IT related bodies.
The candidate must have a good knowledge of database management, oracle, statistical/epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epiinfo etc.
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position is required


5.) ASP.NET Programmers: Ref: 05

Qualification:

A first degree in Computer Science or any related course with 3 years experience.
The candidates must be proficient in Visual Basic. Net and Visual Basic 6, including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s, SQL Server 2008 database, ADO, NET, SOAP, PHP, JAVA JSP, UML, XML/DHTML, Windows 2003 and 2008 Server, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Server 2008 database, ADO, NET, SOAP, PHP, JAVA JSP, UML, XML/DHTML, Windows 2003 Server, Window XP/2000 and Vista.


6.) IT Officers: Ref: 06

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree in Computer Science with 3 years’ post NYSC experience.
Must be proficient in Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2003 Server and Windows Vista, XP/2000, MS Office Applications, and Networking / LANs TCP/IP protocol. Knowledge of Corel draw to design templates, good knowledge of ID card printing machine is required.


7.) Head of Underwriting Department: Ref: 07

Qualification:

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Sciences, insurance or related field. MBA/Post Graduate qualification in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance, Health Management, Health Financing or related fields.
Certification in or professional membership of Insurance, actuarial sciences or related bodies.
The candidate must have a good knowledge of SPSS and Epiinfo.
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position is required.


8.) Head of Finance and Accounts: Ref: 08

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Accounting. Post Graduate qualification in Accounting or related fields. Must be a member of a Professional accounting or related body. The candidates must have a good knowledge of Accounting software e.g. Tally, Sage, Peachtree Accounting.
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position is required.


9.) Account Officers: Ref: 09

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Accounting with minimum of 2 years experience.
The candidates must have a good knowledge of Accounting software e.g. Tally, Sage, Peach tree Accounting.


10.) Internal Auditor: Ref: 10

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Accounting or any related field. Post Graduate qualification in Accounting or related fields. Must be a member of a professional accounting or related body.
The candidate must have a good knowledge of Accounting software e.g. Tally, Sage, Peach tree Accounting Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position is required.


11.) Head of Marketing Department: Ref: 11

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree in marketing or any related field. Possession of an MBA or Masters degree in a related discipline.
The candidate must be dynamic, versatile with excellent interpersonal and human relations skills; a sound knowledge of clients’ relationship management and must be target oriented.
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position required.


12.) Marketing Officers: Ref: 12

Qualification:

Minimum of first degree in social sciences.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position is required.


13.) Head of Administrative Department: Ref: 13

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Administration or any related field. Post graduate qualification in Administration, Management or related fields.
Must be a member of a professional Administration, or related body.
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience with 5 years in a similar position is required.


14.) Administrative Officers: Ref: 14

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in a similar position is required.


15.) Clients Relations Officers: Ref: 15

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree in the social sciences or any related field.
Good written and oral communication skills, possession of telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in a similar position is required.


16.) Secretary: Ref: 16

Qualification:

Minimum of a first degree in Secretarial Administration or any related field.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in a similar position is required.


17.) Front Desk Officers: Ref: 17

Qualification:

The candidates must possess NCE or OND in the Social sciences or any related field, good written and oral communication skills, possession of telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position is required.


18.) Drivers: Ref: 18

Qualification:

The candidates must possess S.S.C.E, at least 3 years working experience in a corporate organization and must be able to read and write in English Language.


19.) House Keepers: Ref: 19

Qualification:

The candidates must possess S.S.C.E, at least 3 years working experience in a similar position in a corporate organization and must be able to read and write in English Language.


20.) Marketing Manager – Ref: MM 01

Requirement:

A good First Degree (BSC or HND) preferably in a building industry discipline
Aptitude for identifying, creating and maintaining new business opportunities/relationships
Ability to coordinate and manage the company’s marketing workforce
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Softwares
Minimum 5 years relevant experience


21.) Technical Manager – Ref: TM 01

Requirement:

Good First Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in a relevant building industry discipline
Project management experience will be an advantage
Proficiency with AUTOCAD will be an advantage


Note:

All candidates must be computer savvy and possess excellent communication skills with good interpersonal relations. Experience in the managed health care industry would be advantageous.
