JOB SUMMARY
Supports all procurement activities to ensure goods or services are delivered according to the Purchase Order or Contract terms. Responsible for all expediting activities to ensure delivery of the items and payment of the vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
o 1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution, (minimum of second class upper division)
o Minimum of 2 years work experience, within a reputable and structured organization preferably an FCMG, Telecom, or Oil and Gas.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS PREFFERED
o Numeracy and Analytical skills
o Organisation/Administration
o Good Business Relationship Management
o Good Oral & Written Communication
o Good PC Skills (incl. MS Office)

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Job Summary
Plans and Executes the Procurement plan for major projects with the goal of delivering the most cost effective solution without compromising on quality, or safety standards. Responsible for vendor management to include, vendor search, prequalification and appraisal process. Responsible for the contract negotiation and contract management with the selected vendors. Must ensure contracts meet customer expectations for efficient and effective service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution, (minimum of second class upper division). An engineering or science degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in FCMG, Telecom, or the Oil and Gas.
Knowledge & Skills Prefered

- Good PC Skills (incl. MS Office)

Vacancy Description
Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Retail Branch Manager responsible for developing and executing plans to meet the set targets in volume and margin for marketing Oando’s business for the branch.
The Branch Manager also serves as the liaison officer of the Company in his/her location in terms of relationship management of government agencies; regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively plan and allocates targets to all the stations.
Ensures that stations orders are followed up with CCU to avoid stock out.
Effectively manage each customer account to ensure the sales targets are fully achieved.
Offer efficient and effective supervision including guidance to dealers while initiating business plan / move to achieve individual outlets set targets.
Actively seek to develop new retail channel business off the forecourt.
Maintain updated / comprehensive data on each dealer and conducts regular appraisals on dealers.
To monitor competitors activities and provide useful information including statistics that will promote company activities.
Ensure that company policies are strictly adhered to in the running of retail outlets as detailed out in the Retail management procedures.
To prepare and timely submit monthly sales report and others as may be required from time to time.
Acquire new retail outlets based on the pre-determined criteria & strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
A good University degree.
Post-NYSC.
Not above 28 years at entry level.
Analytically-minded.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
General Business Knowledge.
Highly mobile and strong driving proficiency.
Demonstrated Relationship Management.
Innovative.
