Job Title: Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Location: Lagos
Our Customer Service Representative interact with DealDey Customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services, and provide the highest quality of service and care.
Required Responsibilities
The successful Customer Service Representative will have responsibility for:
(1) Providing excellent customer services to all DealDey customers and merchants.
(2) Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls.
(3) Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for DealDey customers.
(4) Responding promptly to social media enquiries.
(5) Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer complaints.
(6) Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints.
(7) Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
(8) Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues.
(9) Managing administration duties.
Job Requirements
Our Customer Service Consultants possess:
(1) A Bachelor’s degree.
(2) Availability to work before and after business hours including weekend shifts.
(3) Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
(4) Proven experience working in a time sensitive high tempo environment.
(5) Excellent follow through, attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong listening skills.
(6) Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
(7) Must be eligible to work in the Nigeria.
