Accountant: To manage, develop and lead the services of the Finance and Accounts unit with a view to ensuring that all financial management purposes of the hotel are delivered in accordance with highest governance and professional standards and all management decisions of the hotel are made with the benefit of clear and timely financial advice and information
Responsibilities:
Enable the hotel to operate to the highest possible standards of financial management by providing a comprehensive customer focused financial support service in the following areas:
Financial advice and analysis
Pension and payroll
Accounting and budgeting
Payment of creditors and the collection of debt
Prepare financial report, statements, information reports and special analyses
Qualification and Experience:
High professional and personal integrity
Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years finance and accounting experience
MBA will be an added advantage
Understanding of tax and other regulatory procedures

Business Development Manager:
Duties:
Build strong strategic relationship with corporate clients
Identify, develop and maintain sales objectives, sales plans, and programs in accordance with hotel’s mission statement
Outside sales call are a priority in this position
Qualification:
At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or other related discipline
At least 8 years corporate marketing experience in a top-tier corporate organisation
Proven track record in achieving set organisational targets
