1. Aircraft Charter Manager
We are looking for an experienced air charter broker with a background in air cargo, executive jet or commercial aircraft chartering. 2. Human Resources / Training Manager
Every organization wants to attract, motivate, and retain the most qualified employees and match them to jobs for which they are best suited. As our HR Manager, you will provide this matching. Key responsibilities include building relationships with existing corporate travel clients, sub-agents whilst having the ability to identify potential new businesses, successfully negotiating contracts with these clients to achieve retention and acquisition targets. The position is ideal for a self starter who wants to have buckets of autonomy and who can bring a creative, innovative approach to deliver and shape the future of the Nigerian travel business.
7. Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager
As our Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager. you must be very versatile in ticket refund, rerouting, cancelling and revalidation issues. You must have extensive knowledge of the travel Industry and some air1ine experience in same department will be of advantage. You will also lead a team of claims handlers and make sure that they deal with Travel insurance claims efficiently. You will directly interface with airlines, passengers and travel insurance product suppliers for reimbursement while working to maintain our policy of 3D-minutes claim processing mandate. You must have extensive claims resolution experience. A minimum of 5 years cognate experience required.
8. Head, Customer Support
Keeping our customers is keeping our business. Your chief job is trouble shooting, ensuring that no client is ever lost on your watch. Our Ideal Candidate must have excellent verbal and written English. Well experienced in travel/tour operations, be aware of current laws and legislations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that any and all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of all involved. To seek this position, you must be aware of monthly target figures and your roles in meeting them. Be able to train and supervise junior staff members. You must have a minimum of 5 years customer care experience in a company of repute to apply.
9. Tour Packaging Manager
Travel is our business, saving money for our customers is our passion. As our Tour Packaging Manager, you will interface with local and international hotels, airlines and other travel suppliers to significantly drive down overall cost for the customer while providing good volume business to Travel suppliers. You must be adept at finding great local and international packages that meets or exceed customers' expectations while delivering good revenue stream to all stakeholders. Your research skills must be excellent and you must have good nose for sweet deals that keeps all concerns happy. You must have worked in a fairly large travel agency prior to now and must be passionate about tours and deal packaging
10. Trade Research Executive
You will directly work with the Tour packaging manager and in-between services with the Corporate Sales Manager. Your job will be to scout local and international travel deals, constantly check and compare own prices and values with competition and alert relevant units to emerging opportunities. You must be hungry for finding new and hard-to-find opportunities with extensive interest in leading change that ultimately benefits customers. You must have extensive travel industry experience.
11. Special Project Manager
As the SPM, you will lead new project implementation team, oversee expansion activities and constantly review ongoing operations to determine weak links that may need fixing. You will provide leadership to deliver in line with business plans. You will manage the technical (online project) team, attend client meetings to review and enhance system procedures, make system recommendations. You will also oversee our branch network expansion project. To fit our bill, you must have worked in the airline industry or in corporate travel environment. You must be ready and willing to travel at very short notices and be able to work project schedules with zero variances
12. Chief Internal Auditor
If you think prevention is better than cure, you may be who we are looking for to take charge of our internal audit unit. You will take full responsibility for the internal audit function of Fly4cheaper.com and other subsidiary undertakings to provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of financial control measures already in place. You will be working with management at different levels to ensure appropriate action plans are put in place to minimize business risks identified. Your responsibilities will include developing an audit programme and audit scope documents linked to the business risks identified, carrying on high quality audits which give assurance on key risk areas and provide practical recommendations to help management run their business areas as efficiently as possible and reduce control risks. You will produce audit reports with clearly prioritized actions. You will provide advice on internal controls and support senior management in developing specific risk transfer and mitigation strategies to address risks identified.
13. Travel Office Managers (13)
For Lagos, Abuja. Ilorin, Katsina, Minna, Owerri, Asaba, Enugu, Warn, Benin, Uyo, Kano, Yola, Gombe, Sokoto & Maiduguri Offices. This position will suit either an experienced Travel Agency Manager or an individual that has strong long-haul/ tailor -made travel experience including fares and excellent knowledge of SABRE GDS. You will manage our City or Airport Office location in any of the identified cities managing a team of experienced travel consultants and ticketers for Day-to-Day Ticketing & Reservation activities, Ticket Re-issue, Revalidation and Re-routing. You must be BSP Compliant with excellent ability to drive sales of all travel products.
14. Finance / Account Executives
This position is based at Ijebu-Ode. Accounting graduate with minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in lATA approved Travel Agency, You must have knowledge of lATA system in general and specially lATA Accounting & Billing System (BSP Link) with working experience in Maintenance of Travel Agency Accounts. Your duties will include reading and analyzing BSP reports and assisting the Head of Finance in preparation of financial statements for company and subsidiaries. You job will include reviewing, analyzing. reconciling and processing routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures

You will oversee cargo operations in any of the various regional centre ensuring that operations are rendered to the satisfaction of clients and profitably. You must have a minimum of 2 years cognate experience (cargo handling) to apply.
17. Manager, Software Development.
In your role, you will oversee the software development team, create IT-based solutions for processes, lead Application development efforts and assist in standardizing and harmonizing internally developed applications with outsourced developments. You must have solid experience in web and standalone application developments. You must have led serious software projects and have extensive evidence of your involvement in enterprise-level developments. You must be highly knowledgeable and able to meet tight project development deadlines.
18. Ticketing Executives
Our ideal candidates should be around the age of 22-35 years. You must have a minimum 2-3 years experience in reservations I ticketing in an lATA-approved agency. Ticketing experience on SABRE GDS will be a definite advantage.
19. General Manager, Foundation Activities
The Candidate will look after the administration of the NGO partly funded by the company and streamline the whole system for smooth functioning. You will coordinate the day to day activities of the NGO relating to programme implementation, sourcing funds and donors, ensuring charity targets are met in line with Founder's vision of providing help to the vulnerable in the society.
You will build the Foundation into a leading body in social welfare and oversee the CSR activities of the company and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for the engagement of appropriate modules to leverage the Foundation's welfare activities to other parts of the country.
