Job Title: Client Service Executive (Abuja, Benin and Lagos)

We are a growing International student placement Organisation looking for a Client Service Executive to join our administrative team. This role would be suitable  for an experienced Client Service Executive

About The Job:
(1) Develop strategies aimed at growth.
(2) Increase and maintain our client base.
(3) Respond to internal and external enquires via email, phone and face-to-face.
(4) Provide clients up to date information on our partner institutions.
(5) Update client database.
(6) Perform general administrative tasks.
(7) Support other departments.
(8) Be ready to travel.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-placed environment.

Required Qualifications:
(1) Excellent communication skills.
(2) A warn, approachable manner.
(3) At least two years experience in a Client Service Position.
(4) Extensive experience using MS office Software.
(5) Experience using database management systems.
