1.) Sales Manager (Enterprise)

Location: (Lagos and Abuja)

Job Description:

To handle sale of IT infrastructure, networking products, UCS, servers etc. pricing, making proposal/responding to RFP.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent customer relations, winning habit, strong market/technology awareness.
Knowledge of solution selling for facility management services (AMC, DR services), will be added advantage
Track record of IT sales/sales and product sales.
Minimum of six (6) years experience is required,

Qualifications:

Applicant should have B.Eng, B Tech, and MBA


2.) Sales Manager: (Software Solution, Banking Financial Service Institution)

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

Create new business opportunities and projects for the company

3.) Solution Architect (Data Centre Server)

Location: (Lagos)

Job Description:

Plan, design, and build high quality deliverable solutions that meet client requirements and defined objectives
Attend sales calls with relevant clients, to identify and analyze potential opportunities for data solutions
Propose lead assessments for clients environment to articulate and analyze findings, and proper solutions.
Lead technical presentations; propose best practice on Technology process and policies

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

In depth capability and understanding of Data centre solution, technologies and their applications around product and services, excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 6 years experience in similar role.
Applicants should have B. Tech. , BE (any specialization)

Certifications Required:

Certifications on server storage, and visualization, ITIL foundation, Data centre build operations, data center relocation

4.) Bid Manager

Job Description:

Tracking RFI/RFP’s and monitoring progress of each activity.
Creating optimum solution based on bid requirement.
End-end creation of bid responses and bid defense presentations including coordination with multiple departments such as HR. Transition, Delivery, Quality, Legal, WFM, Application, Vendor partners/3rd party providers and other practices.
Creation of standardized bid response templates to enhance the quality and speed of response Also, envelope practices
Create of standardized bid response templates to enhance the quality and speed of response complete workflow calculations and solution pricing expertise
Accountable for agreed TAT for Bid response post bid queries and due diligence support
Support geo sates in client calls and client visits
Review and monitor progress of bids. Provide MIS. highlighting bid win/loss analysis, competitive analysis etc.

Skills/ Qualifications and Experience:

Advanced Communication Skills. Self driven personality and team player
Excellent in MS Office including (Excel, power point, Visio, MS project etc)
Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Ability to work as a sole contributor and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
Ability to plan meticulously and ability to deliver on time
Strong business orientation with an ability to demonstrate passion to execute
Preferably working in one of the large IT organizations
Experience of selling IT projects and solutions
Should have knowledge of the latest technologies.

Locations: (Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Ilorin, Benin)

Job Description

Providing IT infrastructure solution to small and medium Enterprise clients.
Identify Key clients, mapping their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions offering.
Sales of services, solutions and products like desktops, laptops, servers and systems Integration services to SME clients.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Candidate should be smart and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Should be versed with sales and products like desktops.
Must have minimum of four years IT/systems integration
Candidate should have B.Sc. In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Must have a minimum of 4 years cognate experience in a similar position and industry.
Must nave previous experience in hardware and software solutions sale.


6.) Business Development Executive

Locations: (Lagos and Port-Harcourt, Kano, Abuja) (Considerations will be given to candidates resident in the areas)

Key Responsibilities and Accountability of Duties:

Create Demand:

Generate demand for all the products /services of the organization.
Identify and harness opportunity suitable for company’s product/services.
Balance sales pipeline with prospect at all stages of marketing cycle.
Effective use of win/loss reviews to improve your win ration in your accounts.
Grow existing business and develop new business in Nigeria.

Manage Client Relationship:

Build strong value-based relationships at all levels and across all relevant, department/divisions of the client’s organization.
Develop account plans for all key clients

7.) Finance Manager: Accounts/Finance Analyst

Location: (Lagos)

Job Description

Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing accounting policies and procedures
Monitors and confirms financial conditions by conducting audits and working with external auditors
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation and enforcing adherence to requirement. Filing financial reports and advising management accordingly.
Prepare financial budgets and analysis, and making recommendations to management
Coordination of activities of the department for efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills/Attributes, Qualifications and Experience:

Keen eyes for details, hardworking and result oriented.
Analytical, high numerical ability, integrity
Must be familiar with tax laws

Location: Lagos

Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively take and respond to Customer Service Request Calls
Carry out Service and Repair actions on customer equipment based on best practices
Open and Maintain Customer Service Logs and Prepare activity reports
Acquire and maintain skill levels that provide the company with a competitive edge in the market place in her chosen line of business and increase opportunities for business
Provide Technical Know-how on various ICT Disciplines to include
Data center infrastructure design and deployment Mid range to high end served deployment and support for various platforms
Visualization technologies
Deployment and support of QEM middle ware
Design and Deployment of Networking and Security Solutions
Periodically Undertake Certification Examinations in order to meet defined responsibilities
Plan Scheduled Maintenance actions for Customer infrastructure
Manage and document Customer ICT infrastructure detail, and configuration

Person Profile:

Strong Co-ordination teaming and Communication Skiffs
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Ability to work with minimal or without supervision
Keen for new experience and willingness to take up challenges
Willingness to work beyond the regular working hours and at odd hours

Qualifications:

Candidate must have OND/HND/B.Sc Computer Science, Computer Technology or
Candidate must have OND/HND/B.Sc in Electrical /Electronic Engineering
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in ICT support services
Demonstrated technical insight in ICT infrastructure technologies
Relevant OEM Certifications.


9.) Account Executives

Location: (Lagos)

Job Description

Will assist Finance manager, and be responsive for ensuring cost control, accounts coordination with branches, journal entries, general ledger and balance sheet among other assignments.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Candidate must have B.Sc. Accounting Finance with minimum of 3 years cognate experience


10.) Credit Control Invoicing Officer

Location: (Lagos)

Job Description:

Review company credit control policy/procedure. Develop and implement enhancement where required.
Management outstanding sales balance through contact with customers, with adequate and ensuring prompt p of monies due. Set and monitor credit limits and evaluate customers credit worthiness
Keep company up to date on new credit management procedures and techniques
Prepare invoices appropriately, and ensuring adherence with standards

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Candidate must be diligent, enthusiastic with eye for details and comfortable with holding people to account
Must have wide exposure on credit control functions
Minimum of four years proven experience


11.) PA to the MD

Location: (Lagos)

Job Description:

Adequately manage the office of the managing director to ensure his operations are run smoothly. Effectively manage set priorities
Manage the communication of the MD effectively
Effectively manage the MD’s appointments and meetings while maintaining confidentiality
Manage and coordinate visitors traffic for the MD
Adequately manage all travel arrangements for the MD

Patient and attentive
B.Sc business administration any social science

12.) HR Officer

Job Description:

The candidate would assist the departmental head and handle Human Resources related matters such as process meetings, personnel related matters in compliance with the company’s procedures
Maintain accurate and up to date personnel record
Provide the unit head with necessary back up and inputs to facilitate other processes, such as manpower planning recruitment, performance management, welfare and training

Skills, qualifications and experience

Candidate must be versatile in HRM analytical with excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
2-3 years working experience in HR in a vibrant organization

13.) Logistics Officer

Job Description

Ensure optimum delivery of transportation support services to staff.
Payment of bills on utilizes and levies to different levels of government.
Handle all maintenance/repairs of office assets
Maintain records of maintenance and monitor costs involved.
Handle other related matters.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Vast knowledge of highway regulations, interpersonal and communications skills, neat and courteous, must be familiar with roads in the state in which he is applying to.
Minimum of five years driving experience with valid license.
