Job description
The Brand Building Manger is the owner of the Brand in the National Business and leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals.Responsibilities
- Responsible for Brand Communications: checking translation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising /tactical local
- Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.
- Participates in various cross-functional teams – CMI, CCP, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channel
- Activates campaign ideas in the national market
- Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
- Copy, allocation of media budget within AP parameters, PR & Sponsorship.
- Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and
- Drive brand performance (6P’s) & recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
Qualifications et experience
- A Bachelor degree,
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Good experience in business planning and implementation
- Develops brand plans that build equity and business
- Creates/deploys integrated communications
- Monitoring progress and takes action Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills - Oral & Written
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Result-oriented
