PAWA 774: Customer Service Officer Massive Jobs

PAWA 774 is a private sector led initiative to deploy 10MW of clean, renewable energy power plants to each of the 774 local government areas in Nigeria. That's 7,740 MW of clean bio friendly electricity built in clusters of 100KW units and connected to a local smart micro grid mesh providing adequate power to the nation, one community at a time.

The power plants being built under the PAWA 774 initiative will use renewable sources for their fuel. The plants will draw on the abundant supply of sunlight, wind, waste, plants and water bodies in local communities around Nigeria.

We are seeking candidates in the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain appropriate business relationship with relevant contractors and suppliers
Liaises with the Product Procurement function to ensure that timely receipt of product for customers
Implements Customer service policies
Monitors operations in all business units to ensure that customers receive excellent service
Logs customers complaints such as security
Works with HR dept to organize programmes to train staff on high level customer service delivery
Analyses issues and raises audit queries.
Maintains effective relationship with existing/potential customers in the most professional manner
Maintains relevant hard and electronic copies of customer files
Provides weekly report on all activities to the Head Customer Care

Basic Requirements:
B.Sc or HND in Social Science Discipline
Experience in customer services added advantage.

Required Skills:

Ability to solve operational Problems
Customer relationship Management ability
Competent in the use of computers to enhance work performance
Ability to deliver work effectively
Ability to work under pressure, and take and provide feedback in a pleasant and positive manner

Special Requirements:

Membership of professional bodies in customer care (e.g. Customer Care Institute) will be an added advantage.
