Must be a qualified accountant with internal audit and risk management
experience
Should have working knowledge and experience of corporate governance
practices and their successful implementation in different countries

Requirement
Good 1st degree from an institution
Minimum of 10years risk management corporate experience and compliance
experience
Should have good knowledge of joint ventures and how to influence
effective risk management, corporate governance and compliance

Job for Tax and treasury manager – es00606
Requirement
Good 1st degree from an institution
Must have significant certificate with vast experience in a related
function with an upstream oil & gas operator
Should have sound appreciation of treasury operating management with
extensive knowledge and international financial and economic (capital
and money) market

Job for Tax accountant – es00607
Requirement
Good 1st degree in accounting or any finance similar course
Must have significant certificate
At least 3years working experience in tax planning and computation in
the oil and gas company or professional service industry
