An International group based in Nigeria urgently needs qualified and competent individuals to apply and fill the vacant positions below.

(1) General Manager – Property (Male) – (Aged: 45years)

Job Requirements
(a) Degree in building, civil engineering/estate management.
(b) Must be an associate member of the Nigeria institute of estate surveyors and valuers.
(c) At least 15years working experience of which 10years must have been spent at top management level in a company.
(d) Should be conversant with extant statutory regulatory practices an procedures relating to real estate or property management in Nigeria.

(2) Property Manager – Male (Aged: 40years)

Job Requirements
(a) HND/BSC degree in building, civil engineering/estate management.
(b) Must be an associate member of the Nigeria institute of estate surveyors and valuers.
(c) At least 10years working experience at top management level in maintenance of properties in a company.
(d) Must have excellent knowledge in preparation of estimates/quantity surveying.
